The Hacksaw PC’s Premier Cup Series is off and running but there are a handful of Premier Series Licenses available to qualified drivers. The best way to award those licenses is to run a race to decide who earns a spot in the field.
That race will be held WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10 at Darlington Raceway. Drivers interested in competing must sign up at www.americansimracing.com by SUNDAY, March 7th.
The first three events of the Hacksaw PC’s Premier Cup Series have featured a combined total of four cautions along with each race featuring green flag pit stops for the entire field.
The cost of the 2021 AEA/ASRS Premier Series License is $30 and will only be offered to drivers who demonstrate the skills necessary for clean racing in the Darlington event.
The Hacksaw PC’s Premier Cup Series awarded over $3600 in prizes during the 2020 season and expect to match or exceed that amount in 2021.
In addition to the Hacksaw PC’s Premier Cup Series, the American Sim Racing Series offers two additional nights of racing with the Tuesday night Development Series, featuring the Homenet Hosting Truck Series and the Grand National Series alternating race weeks and the Thursday night Classic Cup Series, featuring the 1987 NASCAR Classic Series. Both Tuesday night and Thursday night programs are offered free of charge to the drivers.
The American Sim Racing Series has seen continued growth since its birth in 2002. Now in it’s twentieth year of racing, ASRS provides side by side racing action that keeps you on the edge of your seat all race long. For more information on the ASRS visit www.americansimracing.com.
