(CLEVELAND, OH) Short Track racers rejoice, the American Sim Racing Series is bringing Super Late Models back for 2020 and in a big way.
After two years of cutting the amount of races on the Super Late Model schedule, ASRS Officials are going “all in” on a Super Late Model schedule as part of the All American Challenge Series. Twelve different short tracks will be featured on the 12 race slate.
“Short tracks are where we got our start as a league and have always been a huge part of our program with ASRS I’m excited to continue that tradition in 2020 with the All American Challenge Series” stated ASRS Promoter Jim Foose. “We have the longest running online race, which is a short track race, in the Online All American 400 and it would be a big gap if we did not have Super Late Models on our regular season schedule, Thursday nights are primed for us to bring the best short track racing to the iRacing community”.
The Milwaukee Mile returns in 2020, the first time ASRS has staged a Super Late Model race at the famed mile track since 2013.
