Allan Young Snatches Homestead Win, Becomes Fifth Winner in Five Races
The ASR Grand National Series is off to a competitive start in 2025, with five different winners across its first five races. Allan Young joined that list, taking the win at Homestead-Miami Speedway in the Vice City 150. Young led the final 11 laps of the 100-lap race, holding off Barrett Bishop, who finished 2nd. Casey Brunson, who led 45 laps, came in 3rd, followed by Jeremy Steele in 4th and Jason Pick in 5th. The race featured 8 lead changes among 4 drivers and 4 cautions for 12 laps.
Casey Brunson holds the championship lead by 4 ahead of Jeremy Steele, despite no wins this season. The Grand National Series heads to Auto Club Speedway next week for the Southern California Dreamin’ 150 on Wednesday, March 26th. Allan Young (-19), Barrett Bishop (-25), and Brian Pinnow (-37) remain in striking distance as the points battle continues.
