May Madness Returns for Year Four!
May brings one of the most anticipated stretches of the season in the American Sim Racing Tweedcast Digital Creations Truck Series.
May Madness is back for the fourth consecutive year.
What started as a mid-season addition has quickly become a defining moment on the schedule. For four races, the focus shifts from the overall championship to something more immediate. Head-to-head battles. One driver against another. Survive and advance.
How It Works
-The top 16 drivers in points are seeded into the bracket
-Matchups are set based on seeding
(1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, 3 vs 14, and so on)
-Each round is decided by finishing position
Heads up. Beat your opponent and move on. Lose, and you’re out.
No points resets. No second chances. Just four weeks of pressure-packed racing.
The May Madness Schedule:
Round of 16 — April 28
Texas Motor Speedway — Texas 125
Quarterfinals — May 5
Charlotte Motor Speedway — Charlotte 125
Semifinals — May 19
Nashville Superspeedway — Nashville 125
Championship Round — May 26
Michigan International Speedway — Michigan 150
What to Watch
The format is simple, but the pressure is not.
Every position matters. Every pass matters. One mistake can end a run, and one strong finish can create enough momentum to carry a driver all the way to the final.
With the bracket set to take shape and matchups soon to be determined, the stage is nearly set for four weeks of elimination racing.
16 drivers enter. One driver survives May.
