Steele Steals Atlanta Victory!
Jeremy Steele took the win in the Grand National Series at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, leading just the final lap of the 84-lap Atlanta 125. Steele’s No. 122 edged out Barrett Bishop, who led 64 laps but finished 2nd in a tight finish. Casey Brunson, with 12 laps led, came in 3rd, followed by Justin Gledhill in 4th and Allan Young in 5th. The race saw 8 lead changes among 5 drivers and 3 cautions for 9 laps.
Casey Brunson leads the championship standings with 142 points, 1 point ahead of Steele’s 141 after four races. The series takes next week off before returning to action on Wednesday, March 19th, at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The Homestead 125, fifth of the 25-race schedule, will bring drivers to the 1.5-mile oval in Florida for 84 laps.
