Andy Warren Captures First Truck Series Championship In 23!

Published On: November 13th, 2023

After coming up short in 2022, Andy Warren was determined to bring home the hardware in 2023 and he did. Taking the championship lead after the fourth race of the season, winning the regular season championship, leading the series in wins (5), top 5’s (21) and top 10’s (24) in 27 starts, Warren never looked back. Winning his first race of the season in May at Rockingham and adding three in a row at Gateway, Nashville Superspeedway and Mid Ohio before the summer break, Warren would visit victory lane once more, in the regular season finale, at The Milwaukee Mile.

Warren’s championship also marked the return of Jim Foose Motorsports as the Owner’s Champion the first for the team since 2017 and first with Ford since joining the “Blue Oval Brigade” in 2020.

Warren carried series sponsor Tweedcast Digital Creations on board the #6 and brought them their first championship in their first season as title sponsor of the Tweedcast Truck Series.
