2022 opens with Auto Club Speedway hosting the season opener, a race that is scheduled to be the final appearance of the 2 mile track track layout before it is reconfigured to a short track for 2023. Short track season begins early in ’22 as Iowa Speedway hosts the second event of the season.

Martinsville Speedway and Watkins Glen return to the schedule after a one year hiatus while the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is tentatively scheduled to host an inaugural event on the infield road course.

Darlington Raceway kicks off the Playoffs while Talladega moves to the second Playoff race while Richmond will remain the third race of the Playoffs. Homestead-Miami Speedway shifts to the penultimate race leading to the championship finale, which returns to Phoenix Raceway for the third consecutive season.
