(CLEVELAND, OH) The HRE Motorsports Super Truck Series is ready to hit the track for the first points event Wednesday, June 12th.
Designed around the 1995 NASCAR Truck Series schedule, the HRE Motorsports Super Truck Series features all tracks under one mile in length with the exception of Lime Rock Park, the lone road course on the schedule. At 1.5 miles in length, Lime Rock is on the shorter end of road courses.
A fresh rules package brings tire limits to the series along with driver restrictions for Premier Series drivers who have more than three wins since the beginning of the 2018 season.
If the exhibition races are any indication, one driver who will be running upfront is Jim Foose. Foose, dominated the short tracks in the Sam Maxwell Customs Truck Series in the early years of the tour with the NR2003 software and has won both exhibition events run to promote the series.
There’s still time to join the action of the HRE Motorsports Super Truck Series, registration is FREE for the series as it is sanctioned as part of the ASRS Home Tracks Series. Join today by visiting www.americansimracing.com and clicking “Join”.
