(CLEVELAND, OH) Drivers of the ASRS Dirt Late Model Tour will have a chance to test the waters around the many new faces that have joined the ranks of drivers in the series. A full program of heat and consolation races will set the field for the 30 lap main event. The event will carry no points, as it will be an exhibition event held during the normally scheduled off week.
“We have many new faces joining this series and felt it would be appropriate to host a dry run and give all our drivers a chance to get on track together before the points start paying out on June 13th” said ASRS President Jim Foose. “This event also will be our final test of the heat racing format and gives our officials a chance to ensure we will put on a quality program with it”.
Details will be released Tuesday as far as the track that will host the event, but the event will begin at the normally scheduled 8:30PM Eastern slot utilized by ASRS.
