(PENSACOLA, FL) All good things must come to an end, and for Jared Mogard his hot streak in the Skeeber Flob’s Kettle Corn Pro Series ended with a championship that was settled a race early after Mogard carried his #10 car to victory at Kentucky.
Now, with the numbers reversed, a change to the #01 was made over the off week, Mogard dominated the Fall Classic 150 at Five Flags Speedway. Mogard led 131 of 150 laps after starting second on the grid to Jake Douglas. Travis Wright was second at the finish, followed by Douglas in third, Robby Baskins in fourth and Edward Bray fifth.
Mogard was able to score victories in four of the five races, only Talladega in October kept Mogard from going undefeated.
The offseason is short for the Skeeber Flob’s Pro Series, as the first race of 2017 is January 4th at Phoenix International Raceway.
