Five Flags winner Jim Foose won the pole and led the field to the green flag.  Foose would lead the first 18 laps before giving way to Justin Blackdeer as Foose brought the #42 to pit road for tires and fuel.

Blackdeer would take his shot at the lead, leading for 30 circuits before Mogard wrestled the lead away.  A late race caution set up Ty Hester to take the lead after strategy put the #36 out front.  Hester’s lead would only last 7 laps before Mogard completed the pass and took the lead for the final time.

Mogard would cruise to victory, with Hester second, Blackdeer third, Rex Hoyle finished fourth while Foose rounded out the top five.

Matt Vaade continues to lead the championship standings, but his lead has been cut over the past two races with TJ Graves just 11 points back.  Foose is just 12 points back, while fourth Ernest Smith, Jr. is only 18 points out of the lead after eight races.  The Super Late Model Series heads to South Boston Speedway June 29th.
